How do I pair the earphones?

Follow the procedure shown in the dedicated app to configure pairing.

I cannot install the nwm Connect app.

Android version 10.0 or later is required.

iOS version 15.5 or later is required.

Can I download the nwm Connect app from outside the country of sale?

If the Store Country/Region setting is set to a country/region other than the country/region where the product is sold, you may not be able to download the application.

The screen does not proceed from the “Wearing” screen.

For Android, allow location information and try again.

I cannot connect to the nwm application.

Please update the nwm Connect app to the latest version.
If you have already paired your smartphone with Bluetooth, please unpair it once and then try again.

I cannot change the equalizer.

The equalizer cannot be adjusted during calls.

What is 360 Reality Audio?

360 Reality Audio uses Sony’s 360 spatial sound technology to create an immersive three-dimensional sound field that gives the listener the feeling of being enveloped in an artist’s performance.

This is only supported on the nwm ONE.
Optimization is possible in the nwm Connect app.
